Victorian Sapphire + Diamond Band 18k
During the Edwardian era, gems of all types were plentiful, and there were many new discoveries. Although diamonds were used most frequently, many fine-colored gemstones were also seen in Edwardian jewelry, like the stunning September and Libra month stone: sapphire.
A superb Edwardian band hallmarked for the year 1917, likely manufactured prior to the first world war and hallmarked during this period. A beautiful band with three sapphires and two diamonds, roughly .55ctw!
