Fobs go back as far as the first pocket watches, probably dating to the Victorian era. The purpose of a watch to make the pocket watch more accessible, giving the user something to grab onto one pulling a pocket watch out of a vest or pants pocket. Throughout the years, fobs have evolved into pendants aside from their original purpose, adding character and dimension to every look.

The Georgian era was a grand and elegant time for adornment. Jewelry was almost entirely handcrafted - and jewelers worked with silver and gold to create beautiful, ornate mountings for diamonds, and other gemstones.

This sizable fob features three massive carnelian cabochons. With two seashell-like additions to the terminal ends, this maritime-themed piece is one for the books! These deeply warm carnelians represent bold energy, warmth, and joy that lingers as much as it empowers and stimulates.
